I work as a pastry chef so I’m particular about my ingredients when it comes to my baked goods. As for savories, I cook mostly Asian meals which is why you’ll see a lot of Asian condiments.

These are what you’ll see in my pantry right now. While I do try other brands, I usually stick to my favorites whenever possible.
